At Focus4U, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting, coaching, and advisory services. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
1. Consulting, Coaching, and Advisory Services
All service fees, including executive coaching, strategic consulting, team development, and advisory engagements, are non-refundable once services have been delivered or scheduled.

If a service session has not yet occurred, clients may request rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Rescheduled sessions must occur within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe.

Fees for missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
2. Digital Products, Downloads, or Online Purchases

Fees for digital resources, downloads, or online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.

3. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances, at our sole discretion. Any exception must be requested in writing and approved by Focus4U, LLC.
